UPDATE : Our android passenger app has entered testing Phase now and our IOS version is now available from your app store
Our phone system is getting a revamp with a welcome message and some music while you wait for us to answer, Further more hold the line as if one driver can answer it will forward your call to the next and so on.
We are a brand like no other with hand picked drivers and ability to offer a taxi service like no other. We are here to help our customers. When you get one of our drivers we want to be sure you feel relaxed and safe in our cars.
All our drivers accept card payments or cash. we also accept contract work.
Our passenger app is currently being worked on and will soon launch on android followed by IOS. We accept pre bookings also and to book with us is easy

We dont just bring anyone in to work with us and we certainly wont have too many drivers either. WE will keep our numbers low so that our customers get to know every single driver with us.
Taxi Voucher Scheme
We have applied to the Council to accept taxi Vouchers however please be aware that we cannot accept taxi cards that are for other companies, We will only be able to accept the paper vouchers and user must have valid id to go with Vouchers when using.
We are exploring the ability to offer taxi cards similar to others as we do appreciate the ease of using these cards compaired to a voucher.
When we are able to our drivers will accept Vouchers and as soon as The council give us the go ahead we will announce our ability to accept these
Driving with us
In the first two weeks of Feb we have covered a total of 570 Bookings spanning over 3378 miles !!!
As a driver with us we do have a fortnighly amount to be paid which is a massive £20 ( This will eventually become a weekly payment). The money drivers pay to us does NOT line our pockets this money is used towards the running of the business and covers such things as our booking system, website , phones etc.
We Encourage drivers to get their own work as much as they work along side us our brand is here to build and offer the customer a service like no other and one they will want to use over and over again.
When you have your own bookigns all we ask is for you to let us know so as we can add to system this means then it prevents us double booking jobs and being late for the customer.
If you have the ability to be helpful and smile and not just sit in your car when collecting someone then you maybe who we are looking for.
We dont charge "Rent" when your on holiday you only pay for the weeks you work meaning when off you can enjoy the freedom knowing we wont be charging you over £155 a week just to have time off!

Timeline and Updates
September 2025 : The idea was there and work began on the building of United taxis
November 2025 : Drivers got interested and started to make contact
December 2025 : We officially launched
January 2026 : We started to listen more to our customers and learn what was needed from us to help the customers more.
Feb 2026 : We changed our whole booking system and started working on our branded passenger apps
