We recently upgraded our booking system which has now made our passenger apps obsolete, in place of the app at moment please use the tab below to book your next taxi with us.
We will soon launch a second number which will be an automated system however unlike anything else available in Dumfries just now this system is ran by AI and it seems to be handling well at the minute for things, When you call the line
It will remember your name if you used before
it will ask you for your booking details and you can simply say
Can i book a taxi for 8pm on monday 8th june at 11pm from ( Your pick up address ) To ( your drop off address )
The system will all being well accept this and understand, It then checks what bookings we have sitting and if we have availability it will auto book for you, From this you will then get a text confirming your booking .
We then get the same text to let us know AI has made a booking so we can double check it for you.
But do remember we will still have our main landline number available so you will still get to chat with one of our drivers all the same, There maybe times where we will have AI auto answer our main number if we are too busy and you can either book using this or call back adn we will answer as soon as we can.

Our brand new phone system is now live, when you call us now on 01387 387382 you will hear a welcome message and then when the system tries to connect you to one of our drivers you will have some music to listen to instead of hearing a phone ring, We love this new system and seems ( so Far ) to be very more reliable its just awsome.
We are a brand like no other with hand picked drivers and ability to offer a taxi service like no other. We are here to help our customers. When you get one of our drivers we want to be sure you feel relaxed and safe in our cars.
All our drivers accept card payments or cash. we also accept contract work.
We accept pre bookings also and to book with us is easy

We dont just bring anyone in to work with us and we certainly wont have too many drivers either. WE will keep our numbers low so that our customers get to know every single driver with us.

As a driver with us we do have a weekly rent of £30 the money drivers pay to us does NOT line our pockets this money is used towards the running of the business and covers such things as our booking system, website , phones etc.
We are happy for drivers to get their own work however we just ask for you to add to system to avoid any clashes with hires and we will always ask for you to prioritise out pre booked hires before anything else.
If you have the ability to be helpful and smile and not just sit in your car when collecting someone then you maybe who we are looking for.
We dont charge "Rent" when your on holiday you only pay for the weeks you work meaning when off you can enjoy the freedom knowing we wont be charging you over £125 a week just to have time off!

Timeline and Updates
September 2025 : The idea was there and work began on the building of United taxis
November 2025 : Drivers got interested and started to make contact
December 2025 : We officially launched
January 2026 : We started to listen more to our customers and learn what was needed from us to help the customers more.
Feb 2026 : We changed our whole booking system and started working on our branded passenger apps
March 2026 : Official passenger app launch on ios completed

new phone system comes into effect allowing us to have multiple drivers accept calls at the same time
May 2026 new phone system , New booking system , web booking made easier than ever and all our booking systems are now configured with our fixed pricing for out of town hires. soon to hite 2000 hires for the month and will be a new record for us, We have started working on our next system of AI Voice allowing it to take some calls for us here and there more it listens to the customer the more it gets to know more things! so far testing on AI is going very very well
