Team Work
Team work at United Taxis involved us all working together, Our phone systems are set that if we had 2,3,4,5 drivers on shift all drivers would find their phone would ring giving everyone a chance to answer the calls, WE keep in direct contact with our drivers on shift helping each other and this is something our customers are enjoying, Once a week we have a group call and discuss what is happening and if anything what needs to change, Again giving you the driver a voice and working together
Holidays
Like to have a holiday and hate the fact you need to pay every time your off? Well this is not something we do here we dont charge you to be off why should we if your not earning you dont pay!
Your own customers
We encourage everyone to have their own customers, However all we ask is if you have your own work just let us know, We will be happy to add to our system for you, and doing it this way ensures we never overbook, We do not like to be late so please just be open and honest with us , if you owrk with us we work with you, We are proud of what has been done so far and we want you to feel proud working for a brand the public love
Rent
Our Weekly Rent is £30 per week ( Again no rent payable when your on holiday),
Why charge rent you ask? Simple the money you pay us is not for our own pockets it goes towards new business cards , the phones the driver app and the customer app, We have been there paying high rent and we did not like it so we know what is fair and not fair, IF we have more drivers we can take on more work we are at a stage just now of turning work away as we just cant cover it, If your interested please call Stuart Frew or email us HERE
Vehicle Branding
Many people are starting to notice our business out on the roads now with ALL our drivers running our signage. great to see.
To join our team ALL new drivers are placed into a waiting list and when we are ready we will be in touch. We dont bring in drivers just for the sake of it, We only bring drivers on when our phones are super busy, This monday we see our next driver join our team as we are at that stage, upon the drvier joining us we monitor the calls for a couple of weeks and this helps us determine if we are in need of another driver to help.
Weekly rent : Now this is a thing many drivers are annoyed at and with us doing things the way we do we can keep our rent down low and our system works perfectly.
To work with us it costs £30 per week
HOLIDAYS: the amount of rent our drives pay when they are on holiday is NOTHING, Your self employed we dont believe that anyone should pay money for nothing.
