With us here at United taxis we charge low rent and you dont pay a penny when on holiday, i mean why should you? your not earning so pay! Team Work
Team work at United Taxis involved us all working together, Our phone systems are set that if we had 2,3,4,5 drivers on shift all drivers would find their phone would ring giving everyone a chance to answer the calls, WE keep in direct contact with our drivers on shift helping each other and this is something our customers are enjoying, Once a week we have a group call and discuss what is happening and if anything what needs to change, Again giving you the driver a voice and working together
Holidays
Like to have a holiday and hate the fact you need to pay every time your off? Well this is not something we do here we dont charge you to be off why should we if your not earning you dont pay!
Your own customers
We encourage everyone to have their own customers, However all we ask is if you have your own work just let us know, We will be happy to add to our system for you, and doing it this way ensures we never overbook, We do not like to be late so please just be open and honest with us , if you owrk with us we work with you, We are proud of what has been done so far and we want you to feel proud working for a brand the public love
Rent
When you first join us there is a charge of £50 then you pay nothing for 4 weeks which after week 4 you will pay £20 per week, This amount will eventually increase over time however all drivers will be given plenty of warning, Why charge rent you ask? Simple the money you pay us is not for our own pockets it goes towards new business cards , the phones the driver app and the customer app, We have been there paying high rent and we did not like it so we know what is fair and not fair, Costs will eventually go up to £50 per week and will not exceed this but this amount will not come in till nearer the end of the year, IF we have more driverd we can take on more work we are at a stae just now of turning work away as we just cant cover it, If your interested please call Stuart Frew or email us HERE
Vehicle Branding
As you will see when out driving we have cars runing with our branding on them and it looks good seeing the united taxis cars running about Dumfries now, we can offer magnets or door stickers for you car if youd like or a simple lettering for the back window of your car
Stickers are £20 for the pair
Magnets are £40 for the pair
Rear lettering is £15
We will soon see another car launch with some serious decals on it and we cant wait to see it on the roads of Dumfries pending a taxi test in April, this was our drivers choice and an impressive choice at that, For this one driver to add extra decal to his car is a sign he is confident in our brand and how its going and we hope all our drivers will feel this way soon
